What requirements should I prepare for online/email requests?

  1. Copy of at least 1-2 valid government IDs for identity verification for Know-Your-Client (KYC) purposes; and;

  2. Minimal service fee (depending on the D2C AE).

 

You will also be asked to accomplish a request form for your express consent to allow the AE to access and generate your CIC Credit Report from the CIC database on your behalf.

 

I found an incorrect/outdated/incomplete credit information in my CIC Credit Report, how can I have this corrected/updated?

File a dispute online at creditinfo.gov.ph/dispute using the 14-digit Transaction Reference Number (TRN) of your CIC Credit Report. For any concerns regarding the TRN, please reach out to the AE that issued your credit report.


I am a foreigner residing in the Philippines, can I still request a credit report?
Yes, you may still request your CIC Credit Report provided that you have an existing or past loans with Philippine banks or other financial institutions.
