The Credit Information Corporation (CIC) implements the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) thru Accessing Entity (AE) Program to provide borrowers with ready and convenient access to their CIC Credit Reports.

The D2C thru AE program, through CIC Circular No. 2023 series of 2023, enables all Accessing Entities of the CIC to issue individual CIC Credit Reports to borrowers. These AEs are financial institutions authorized by the CIC to access borrowers’ credit information from its database.
